What is the ESB?
The Energetic Synthesis of Being (ESB) is an energetic modality developed by Dr. Dain Heer, a co-creator of Access Consciousness. It began as individual sessions, and over the years, it grew into the bigger group sessions that these loops are based on.
An ESB session is hard to explain or define since it goes beyond the conventional self-help or personal development approaches and delves into the exploration of energy, consciousness, and the relationship between all of it.
It is an ongoing exploration and invitation to greater awareness that acknowledges that we are not just physical beings but also energetic beings with the capacity to perceive, receive and interact with the world around us on multiple levels.
