The Season of Regard (Honor)
The first season arrives with the light of early morning, soft and orange at the edges.
This is the season of honor. To honor is to treat with regard: to recognize what's true for you, for the people around you and for this world, and to disregard none of it.

Choose one act of contribution
Choose one act of contribution below, or invent your own. Do it, then come back to the game and tell it which one you did. Your next round of spins opens right away.
1 Spend three minutes before your day begins asking what would be kind to you. Then do that.
2 Over-tip someone who serves you, and thank them.
3 Notice what someone needs right now and offer just that.
4 Volunteer an hour at a shelter, food bank or cause you respect.
5 Give an animal your full attention for a few minutes.
6 Pick up litter in a place you love, or thank a tree for being there.
7 Gift someone one of Dain's programs that you think would honor them.
