TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I agree that I am responsible for payment for all content received. I understand this is a 12 payment installment plan and that I will be billed automatically to my card on file on the same date each month, for 12 months, beginning today.

In the event I must terminate my installment plan I understand that I will retain access to my library content equal to the number of content months paid for. My cancellation request will go into effect upon collection of any outstanding payment due for content received.
