During this lead-up to the holidays, it can feel like everything around you starts to tighten: deadlines, travel, family dynamics, the pressure to make it all perfect. But instead of having a white-knuckled grip, what if you didn’t have to hold any of it together?
When things speed up, what melts the noise for me is being space. That moment when you drop the walls, stop judging, and let everything move without needing to fix it. It’s the space where nothing and no one, including you, has to be wrong. Where you can just be with whatever is coming up.

Before you react, rush, or judge…pause and take one conscious breath. Let your shoulders drop. Let everything around you exist exactly as it is. See what shifts when you stop fighting the energy and simply be with it.
